State
Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB)
already conducted the Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test
(PET), Trade Proficiency Test (TPT) and Written Test (CWT 2025) for the
recruitment of various posts in the cadre of Constable, Sub-Inspector and
others under Assam Police, APRO, Assam Commando Battalions, DGCD & CGHG,
Prison Department and Directorate of Forensic Science.
The PST and PET for
Constable posts were conducted during September 2024 / November 2024. Similarly
the Written Test (CWT 2025) for Sub-Inspector posts was conducted on 5th
January 2025.
As on 4th March 2025,
the result of PST/ PET for the recruitment of 686 Driver Constable and other
posts under Assam Police and APRO declared by SLPRB. Similarly, the result of
the Written Test (CWT-2025) for Sub-Inspector posts will declared at 11 A.M. of
06-03-2025.
CWT 2025 was conducted
for:
(I) 144 posts of Sub
Inspector (UB) in Assam Police,
(II) 7 posts of Sub
Inspector of Police (Communication) in APRO,
(III) 51 posts of Sub
Inspector (AB) for Assam Commando Battalions &
(IV) 1 post of
Assistant Deputy Controller, Civil Defence (Jr.) under DGCD & CGHG, Assam.
