Eligibility Criteria of CRPF Recruitment:

Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit: 

Constable (Driver): Candidates age must be between 21 to 27 years as on 1st January 2026

Other posts: Candidates age must be between 18 to 23 years as on 1st January 2026.

Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

        # SC/ST: 5 years

        # OBC/ MOBC: 3 years

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th exam equivalent exam from a recognized Board/University.

Technical Qualification:

Driver: Should possess Heavy Vehicle Driving License and should pass the driving test at the time of recruitment.

Mechanic Motor Vehicle: Possessing 02 years Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) certificates in Mechanic Motor Vehicle recognized by Notional or State Council for Vocational training or any other recognized institution and one-year practical experience in the concerned trade.

OR

National or State apprenticeship certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle trade of three-years duration from a recognized Institution and one-year practical experience in the filed of concerned Trade.


Pioneer Wing:

  • One-year experience in respective trades like Masonry of Electrician.
  • Preference will be given to those having certificate of trade from recognized Industrial Traning Institute.

Other Tradesmen posts: Must  be proficient and worked in respective trades.
